TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Why does the print Smear, or Never Dry, or can be Rubbed Off?

Reason: This issue is often caused by the printer ink. Certain original inks, such as HP, are Pigment-based inks that are not compatible with our glossy paper.

Solution: Adjust the Paper Type to 'Photo Paper' and the Print Quality to 'Standard'. If the issue persists, please contact us through your order for further assistance.
